Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the website www.kenvin.ir (the "Site"), operated by Kenvin Software Engineering ("Kenvin", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Engineering services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services on particular terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any connected system, or to probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
  • send unsolicited, abusive or automated messages through the contact form, or use it to transmit malware or unlawful content;
  • scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Site's content without permission.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its content — text, graphics, logos and code — are owned by or licensed to Kenvin and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

4. Contact form and communications

Information you send through the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or an obligation on either side. Please do not send confidential information through the form; we will agree on a secure channel if one is needed.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. While we try to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability. Information on the Site is not professional advice for your specific situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenvin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to the Site and to these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kenvin Software Engineering is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
