Who we are

Kenvin Software Engineering ("Kenvin", "we", "us") operates the website www.kenvin.ir (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect and why

Contact form

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the company name (optional), the service you are interested in, and the message you write. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare our work together.

Submissions are delivered to us as a message via the Telegram Bot API (Telegram FZ-LLC). Telegram's processing is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not store form submissions in a database on the Site.

Analytics and usage data

To understand how the Site is used and to improve it, we use:

• Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.) — privacy-friendly, aggregate page-view statistics. It does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — session replays and heatmaps showing how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement). Clarity uses first-party cookies and may record page content; typed input in form fields is masked. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) also keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps — for security and reliability purposes.

Cookies

The Site sets a functional cookie to remember your language preference. Microsoft Clarity sets analytics cookies as described above. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the Site continues to work without them.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data because it is necessary to respond to your request (steps prior to entering a contract) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the Site for analytics. Where the law requires consent for analytics cookies, we rely on your consent.

How long we keep data

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the providers' default retention periods.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, strictly to provide the Site. These providers may process data outside your country of residence; where applicable they rely on recognised transfer safeguards.

Security

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@kenvin.ir. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
